What is naturopathy?
Let’s start by looking at the etymology of the word naturopathy:

Therefore, we can understand naturopathy as making use of the laws of nature to influence what makes us suffer, that is, the cure of diseases by natural means or as the set of hygienic-dietary indications and natural activities (life habits) that help us return to our path of health.
Naturopathy is in charge of helping recover, maintain and improve health naturally, with no other tools than what nature offers us: natural food, contact with nature, sunbathing, rest to allow the regeneration of our cells, active life, as well as having healthy relationships with ourselves and with others, banishing beliefs, becoming aware of what leads us to well-being and what distances us from it, what gives us energy and what drains us without realising.
